Downtown Interchange Reconstruction
Note: The downtown interchange reconstruction project has been completed.
Project Description:
The 3rd Street eastbound off-ramp and the 5th Street on-ramp will
be reconstructed. This work also includes the construction
of a new 5th Street eastbound entrance ramp bridge over the 3rd
Street off-ramp. This construction will provide separation of eastbound
exiting traffic at 3rd Street from freeway traffic entering at 5th
Street.
